Randall Reeves posed for this picture with his wife Kristine while on vacation in Riudoso, New Mexico. They currently reside in El Paso, Texas with two biological sons ages 3 and 5, as well as their soon to be adopted son, age 6. He is a devoted family man that enjoys spending time coaching and playing numerous sports, introducing his children to environmental science and expanding public awareness in outdoor conservation.
Randall is a multiple tour combat veteran of Operation Iraqi/Enduring Freedom and Operation New Dawn. He served as an Infantry element leader and trainer with the Washington, Oregon and Texas National Gaurds. As an operations NCO he has directed operations and maintained accountability for thousands of military and civilian personnel and a billion dollars in equipment. He has personally conducted over 300 missions while deployed in combat. He was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, the Army Commendation Medal and the Good Conduct Medal for his actions and service in support of freedom. After a Medivac from theatre in 2010 followed by two years of treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injuries(3) and numerous physical wear and tear injuries, Randall Reeves was honorably discharged with a medical retirement from the U.S. Army from Ft. Bliss on April 15, 2012 after nearly eight years of service. He is 90% disabled.
Randall Reeves is currently attending the University of Texas at El Paso in pursuit of a B.S. in Geology/Geophysics with the intent on furthering the implementation of renewable green energy use. His academic passions are history, vulcanology and geothermal energy. He is intent upon continuing his education even after receiving a PH.D. in the Geological sciences.
Randall is a talented and passionate golfer. He currently maintains a +3 handicap as a member of the Sun Country Amateur Golf Association and volunteers as a Course Marshall at Underwood Golf Complex at Ft. Bliss.
